I also got 145 questions on 7/1 and I was sure I failed. I cried the whole way home then did the pvt trick and got the good pop up and passed. I know a bunch of people I graduated with also got 145 and passed. Part of me thinks because they changed the max amount from 265 to 145 that many more people get the max now.
