Get some saline from someone so you don't die, because of blood loss. He got Cholera, antibiotics will take him to the last stage of it, but it will still take quite a bit for him to finish getting rid of the sickness. Sometimes you can cure sickness but other times it will just not accept any cure and you die more often than not.
