This also happened to me, sort of. My fuel pump went out on my way outbound on the Fort Pitt Bridge during morning rush hour. I called for a tow but within 10 min PennDOT showed up and said "you gotta move." Ya think? They closed the lane I was in and used their truck's bumper to push me through the tunnel.
