SL with the vrik patch works pretty well and you can use the oldrim version of matchmaker to get spells similar to bewitch and seduce. It even has gesture controls for switching the animation and for switching between first and third person. You can still keep the flower girls around and just use SL for initiating animations.
Flowergirls is outdated and unsupported these days but you can still use it, it's a requirement for some mods. I would recommend OSA for Ostim 1.3, Ostim NG with Open Animations RE for Ostim. In fact, I removed AA and reinstalled Flower Girls. It worked! I installed the clean version of Amorous Adv and it works, but clean. If I download the AA file under Flower Girls, it messes everything up.
