you don't need resiliance.. i have 28 on my Grandmaster build. Go for Mobility and Recovery. any legendary engram you get can drop a mod. the higher the difficulty the better the change for mod. You have all the stat mods by default on any armour. What you need is energy to equip the said mod.

Just cap 100 Resil 100% of the time. survivability is the best ability. Yeah regen and rift doesn’t mean anything if you get 2 tapped. I'd expand on this by saying it's okay if you need to wait an extra 5-10 seconds for a rift because with 100 resilience it's less likely you need a rift every cooldown.
