It's only been on high pop community servers (50 - 70 slots) and more laggy in the larger cities I've found. I think Bohemia advised a server wipe so maybe the servers with lag haven't done this yet. I agree though, I'm barely playing commuting servers since the update, seems official has been holding fine.
