FYI, the iPhone 13 Pro doesn't support Wifi 6E. The spec sheet shows Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2x2 MIMO. That means it only works with the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Disconnect G1100 from ONT and connect to LAN port via ethernet to change settings so that it is no longer a router and is only a Moca bridge. 1a. Turn off 2.4 & 5 GHz wifi radios as described elsewhere. This is because I'm only using my new router for wifi clients. 1b. A house not wired for Ethernet should be wired for Coax at least. E3200 cannot be backhauled to CR1000A wireless. The mini wall socket nodes for CR1000A is not available I believe, and I heard it is not very stable. E3200 can backhaul to G3100 wirelessly, but the manual did not even mention this more than 1 to 2 sentences as it is the last resort.Our Verizon CR1000A router is on the first floor and my home office is on the second floor, probably 40 feet from the router in a straight line. I don't have separate SSIDs set up for 2.4 vs 5 Ghz bands currently, so when I'm up in the office my laptop defaults to the 2.4 Ghz band, which ends up being punishingly slow. Like, 1-3 Mbps up/down slow.

Easiest method is to just plug any other device or router directly into your ethernet feed that's going into the router now, like a PC/Laptop. Let it obtain a new IP. Then reboot your router and plug the ethernet feed back into the router. Verizon will "see" it as a new MAC address and sometimes you will get a new IP.

The Fios Extender thing, all previous generations of Fios Extender or Fios Network Extender require a hardwire to the router.Just connect the APs via Ethernet to the router and configure each AP with the same SSID and password that you have on the router.
